Cooper's Semi-Spicy Black Bean/Veggie Dip(Black beans, corn, peppers, and green onions, mixed together and served with tortilla chips (preferably Tower 7)! What's not to love?)

Ingredients:

2 TBL fresh sqeezed lime juice
1 TBL olive oil
1-3 TBL hot salsa
1 clove crushed garlic
1 -16 oz can of black beans (Goya)
1/4 cup chopped red pepper
1 TBL chopped green onions
1 can mexican corn

Directions:  Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for up to one day. Serve with Tower 7 tortilla chips! Healthy and delish!
