Ingredients:

| 3 frozen bananas
|
| 1 tablespoon cocoa
|
| 2 tablespoons peanut butter
|
| 1.5 cup of skim milk
|
|
Directions: Put all ingredients in a blender. Allow to sit for a minute to soften the bananas. Blend and enjoy!
