Italian Dough balls with tomato and sausage filling.(These yummy dough balls are a great side dish.)

Preparation Time: 45 minutes

Ingredients:

350g plain flour
1 tsp salt
1tsp baking powder
300ml warm water
1 tbsp olive/sunflour oil
Margarine for greasing
for the filling:
1/2 Tin of chopped tomatoes
1 small onion (diced)
1 sausage (chopped)
A pinch of oregano

Directions:  1. Start by, putting the salt, flour, oil and warm water into a large bowl. 2. Stir well. 3. knead the dough. 4. Grease a baking tray (cake trays work best.) Then pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees. 5. To make the filling, add the chopped sausage, onion and tomatoes. 6. Stir the filling well then add a pinch of oregano and stir again before, laying out the dough (as if it were in a cake case) and spoon some of the filling into the middle. 7. Add a layer of dough over the top and put into the oven for 20-30 minutes.
