Ingredients:

2-1/4 POUNDS OF MASHED YUCA.
2-TABLESPOONS OF FLOUR.
3-TABLESPOONS OF BREAD CRUMBS.
1-TEASPOON OF SALT.
2-EGG YOLKS. 1-1/2 CUPS OF MILK.
2-TABLESPOONS OF CHOPPED PARSLEY OR SEASON PARSLEY.
2 BOXES OF CATUPIRY CHEESE THE CURD TYPE OR SUSTITUTE FOR CREAM CHEESE.
1-POUND OF COOKED AND SHREDDED CHICKEN BREAST.
2-FINLEY CHOPPED ONIONS.
2-CHOPPED TOMATOES SMALL OR 1 LARGE.
1-CARROT CHOPPED FINE.

Directions:  FOR DOUGH: 2-1/4 pounds of yuca. 2-tablespoons of flour. 3-tablespoons of bread crumbs. 1-teaspoon of salt. 2 egg yolks. 1-1/2-cups of milk. Place cooked and mashed yuca in bowl, add flour, egg yolk, salt, and milk. Next mixture well without kneading the dough, then let rest a little, add bread crumbs. [Best to let set for 1 day before you cook them]. FOR FILLING: 2-Tablespoons of chopped parsley or seasoned dry parsley. 6-spoons of oil (use your own judgement about 2-tablespoons). 1-pound cooked chicken breast shredded, add salt, pepper, 2-small finely chopped onions or 1-large, 2-small chopped tomatoes or 1-large, 1-carrot chopped-shredded finely chopped for flavor. mix all ingredients together for filling. TO PREPARE: Take filling about 1 tablespoon or more of filling, and place into dough, form dough into "cone-shaped-eggs" about 2-1/2"-inches or 3"-inches. bottom part of the interior inside is where filling rests same as the yolk of and egg form. Roll dough into bread crumbs. COOKING, TO DEEP FRY OR BAKE: Use canola oil in deep fryer, fry until golden brown about 5-10 minutes. Or, bake 350-Degrees for 25 minutes. Best is to deep fry in oil.
