2-TABLESPOONS OF CHOPPED PARSLEY OR SEASON PARSLEY.

2 BOXES OF CATUPIRY CHEESE THE CURD TYPE OR SUSTITUTE FOR CREAM CHEESE.

1-POUND OF COOKED AND SHREDDED CHICKEN BREAST.

2-FINLEY CHOPPED ONIONS.

2-CHOPPED TOMATOES SMALL OR 1 LARGE.

1-CARROT CHOPPED FINE.

Directions: FOR DOUGH: 2-1/4 pounds of yuca. 2-tablespoons of flour. 3-tablespoons of bread crumbs. 1-teaspoon of salt. 2 egg yolks. 1-1/2-cups of milk. Place cooked and mashed yuca in bowl, add flour, egg yolk, salt, and milk. Next mixture well without kneading the dough, then let rest a little, add bread crumbs.
