Brussels Sprouts with Bacon and Lemon(Quick and Easy Brussel Sprouts)

Ingredients:

| 1 tablespoon oil
|
| 1 pound brussels sprouts(cleaned, shredded, blanched and drained)
|
| 4 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)
|
| 1 teaspoon lemon zest
|
| salt and pepper to taste
|
|
Directions: Heat the oil in a pan.
Add the shallot and saute until tender, about 3-5 minutes.
Add the brussels sprouts, bacon, lemon zest, salt and pepper and toss to mix.
