Coconut Cream Pie

Ingredients:

Crust

1 1/2 Cup flour

1/2 tsp salt

2 tsp sugar

2 Tablespoons milk

1/2 cup oil

mix all together & pat down in pie plate

Bake 10 minutes 400 degrees cool

Filling:

2 packages dream whip

1 cup milk

1 tsp vanilla

beat 4 minutes

2 boxes instant toased coconut pudding

1 3/4 cup milk

beat together 2 minutes

Directions: Mix together with whipped dream whip. Stir in 1 cup angel flake coconut. Pour into crust. Cover with Cool Whip and sprinkle with toasted coconut. Chill at least 5 hours.
