Ingredients:

porkchops

potatos
|
onions
|
butter
|
milk
|
salt and pepper
|
garlic seasonings
|

Directions: Season porkchops with garlic,salt and pepper,then layer pork chops on bottom of deep casserol dish (I use aluminum pan. Layer next with sliced potatos, season potatos with salt and pepper, diced onions and dabs of butter. keep layering with porkchops and potatos. Your last layer should be your potatos. Add milk to cover the bottom of casserol dish with a little extra. cover with aluminum foil. Bake at 475 degrees for 1 hr-1hr 30 min keep a check on it every so often. (potatos will break apart and porkchops not pink inside. save some for me
