Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie(Great for breakfast.)

Ingredients:

3 frozen bananas
1 tablespoon cocoa
2 tablespoons peanut butter
1.5 cup of skim milk

Directions:  Put all ingredients in a blender. Allow to sit for a minute to soften the bananas. Blend and enjoy!
