Orecchiette with broccoli rape(home made pasta from Puglia with broccoli vegetables)

Ingredients:

1 lb durum wheat semolina
pinch sea salt
1 lb broccoli rape
2 anchovies
1 garlic clove
chilly pepper
water

Directions:  Add water to the semolina durum wheat and make the orecchiette pasta: using a wooden board and a knife turn the pasta into little caps. Boil the water and cook the pasta together with the broccoli rabe. Remove when al dente. On the side cook the anchovies in olive oil with the garlic and chilly pepper. Finish cooking the pasta and broccoli in the olive oil with the garlic and anchovies
